THERAPIX TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. About Therapix.
Therapix provides creative and digital support services for therapists and allied practitioners. This includes, but is not limited to, branding, logo design, websites, visual identity, content creation and general digital consultancy. Therapix does not provide therapy, supervision, clinical advice or business coaching of any kind.
2. Scope of Work.
All work is based on the scope agreed at the outset of a project. This may be confirmed via email, written proposal or agreed brief. Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require additional time and may be charged separately and accordingly. Changes to direction, concept or brief after work has commenced may also affect timelines and fees.
3. Fees & Payment.
Fees are agreed in advance and are based on time, complexity and scope.
Unless otherwise agreed:
• Payment is required before final delivery of work.
• Larger projects may require a deposit or staged payments.
• Time spent on consultation, concept development, revisions and communication is billable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Therapix reserves the right to pause/cease work if payment is not received.
4. Revisions & Changes.
Reasonable revisions are welcomed and form part of the creative process. However, repeated changes of direction, substantial re-briefing or requests that significantly alter the original concept may be treated as new work and charged accordingly.
5. Client Responsibilities.
Clients are responsible for:
• Providing clear, timely information and feedback.
• Confirming decisions within a reasonable timeframe.
• Ensuring that any content supplied (
text, images, logos etc) is owned by them or is licensed for use.
* Delays in feedback or decision-making may affect project timelines & costs.
6. Intellectual Property.
All concepts, designs and materials remain the intellectual property of Therapix until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, clients are granted the right to use the final agreed materials for their intended purpose. Drafts, unused concepts and exploratory work remain the property of Therapix and may not be used without written permission.
7. Canva, Templates & Third-Party Tools.
If work involves platforms such as Canva or other third-party tools, clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts and understanding platform limitations. Therapix is not responsible for changes, restrictions or pricing decisions made by third-party services.
8. No Guarantee of Outcomes.
While Therapix works thoughtfully and professionally, no guarantees can be made regarding business growth, client enquiries, visibility or financial outcomes as a result of the work provided.
9. Boundaries & Professional Relationship.
Therapix works within clear professional boundaries. Creative collaboration does not constitute a therapeutic, supervisory or personal relationship. Communication is conducted respectfully and within agreed working hours wherever possible.
10. Termination of Work.
Either party may choose to end a project at any stage with written notice. Work completed up to that point remains payable. Any unpaid work will not be released.
11. Liability.
Therapix is not liable for:
• Losses arising from website downtime, platform changes or third-party services.
• Client misuse or misrepresentation of delivered materials.
• Technical issues outside the control of Therapix.
12. Acceptance.
By contacting Therapix, commissioning work or proceeding with a project, clients are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
